One of the highlights of the summer season is the concerts. During vacation, the audience is more relaxed and open to discovering new music, making it the perfect time to discover artists who may not have received enough attention during the year, never leaving major urban centers, or, on the contrary, local musicians who can only showcase their art to a larger audience during these months.

With the start of summer 2025, major destinations are buzzing with shows for all tastes, from beach parties in Mar del Plata with international DJs to massive concerts and festivals that have already become local attractions, such as Cosquín and Jesús María in Córdoba. In this article, we present the best concerts of the summer 2025.

1. Festival Nacional de Doma y Folklore de Jesús María 2025

The Festival Nacional de Doma y Folklore de Jesús María is a classic, reaching its 59th edition. It has been the stage for the most important folk artists in the country, although over time it has expanded to other genres, making it an event that brings together the best of Argentine popular music, always accompanied by traditional activities such as the National and International Rodeo Championship and the Color and Courage Championship.

In summer 2025, the festival will take place from January 9 to 20, and over 12 nights, the famous Martín Fierro stage will feature names like Luciano Pereyra, Los Nocheros, La K’onga, Los Tekis, Diego Torres, Luck Ra, Chaqueño Palavecino, Soledad, Abel Pintos, Nahuel Pennisi, and Los Palmeras, among others. Purchase your tickets here.

Fun fact: The first day, January 9, is free of charge.

Where: Cleto Peña 82, Anfiteatro José Hernández, Jesús María, Córdoba.

2. Festival Bum Bum 2025

On January 11, the Festival Bum Bum will take place, organized by Carlos “La Mona” Jiménez to celebrate his birthday. The event started in 2022 to mark the return of the cuarteto legend to the stage after the Covid-19 pandemic. It was so successful that it was repeated three times that year, with different musicians, always hosted by the Cordoban star.

The sixth edition will take place for the first time at the Kempes Stadium in Córdoba and will feature international artists like Residente, American DJ Steve Aoki, Mexican band Molotov, and Brazilian band Os Paralamas do Sucesso, returning to the province after 38 years. The lineup also includes Dread Mar-I, Damas Gratis, and the recently reunited Indios. Purchase your tickets here.

Fun fact: Unlike other festivals, Bum Bum is family-friendly. There are different ticket prices for children up to 5 years old, 6 to 11 years old, and those over 12.

Where: Estadio Mario Alberto Kempes, Córdoba city.

Artists like Abel Pintos, Jorge Rojas, Destino San Javier, Soledad, and Nahuel Pennisi will be present.
