So, start marking your calendars for Saturday, October 19th, because all of this will be happening at the 1st Edition of the Time Out Experience by Imperial. From 6 PM to midnight, at the Beerhouse of the Campo Argentino de Polo.
Who will be there at the Time Out Experience?
We’ll be taking over the Imperial Beerhouse: the venue will feature stands from Buenos Aires' top chefs, so you can try their signature dishes at special prices.
And of course, you'll be able to pair them with Imperial beer while enjoying live music in the background.
We don’t want to tempt you too much, buuuut we’ll be joined by:
- Olivia Saal, chef and owner of Oli
- Maru Botana. Spoiler: She’ll be making her iconic rogel!
- Gastón Riveira from La Cabrera
- The Santoro sisters from Ti Amo Pizza
- Chula Gálvez from Las Flores
- Mena Duarte from Tita, La Vedette
- Mercedes Román, chef and owner of Obrador Florida
- Pedro Demuru, chef at Imperial Beerhouse
- The team from Cuervo Café
Plus, Dolly Irigoyen will give a masterclass, and Donato de Santis, Imperial’s ambassador, will be present via live streaming.
