Time Out says

If you’re looking for something wholesome and sustaining before, during or after a night out, Biblos is your place. They are open all day, but it’s the informal, relaxed, bring-your-own vibe that makes it perfect for both a chilled midweek meal with friends or a healthier alternative to the usual kebab and chips after the pub.

There are two outlets to choose from in the city, one on Mina Road in trendy St Werburghs, and the other on the even trendier Stokes Croft. It’s the Stokes Croft venue that's in the perfect location for sustenance on a night out, sat in amongst the many bars and pubs on the same strip.

Inside, the prized spot is in the window, but there are a few more large wooden tables with benches for sharing. While the menu isn’t exclusively vegetarian, its inherent Middle Eastern and Caribbean flavours mean that there is plenty for vegetarians to choose from. Biblos stuff their famous wraps full of fresh salads, falafel, hummus or roasted vegetables, while meat eaters can choose from jerk chicken or pork, chicken shish and lamb kofte. If you feel like sharing, their mezze and platters come highly recommended too, and because you can bring your own booze it all adds up to an affordable night out.
