Dutch Uncles

Known for some of the smoothest hip swivelling in the business, courtesy of charismatic frontman Duncan Wallis, Dutch Uncles are a group of Northerners six years into their increasingly successful career. New album O Shudder marks their distinctive sound as one that is also established, confident in its wit and smart synthetic pop whilst tackling the growing pains of social media, sexual dysfunction, job seeking, doubt and love. After garnering a great deal of love among folk up North, folk further afield and folk on the festival circuits, Dutch Uncles now make their way to Rise for a special gig.
