Every Saturday and Sunday, Cleveland Sands is offering punters the chance to drink from the bacchanalian delight that is its prosecco fountain while enjoying tasty snacks from a grazing menu. For $60, guests receive access to on-tap prosecco (and Spritzes) straight from the fountain, alongside a selection of delicious picnic nibbles.
Carnivores and vegetarians are both catered for. If you choose the charcuterie board you’ll enjoy a selection of meats alongside pickles, cheese, quince paste, lavash bread and Mt Zero olives. Or try the vegetable grazing board to snack on mini bruschetta, artichoke hearts, carrot sticks, dips, pickles, quince paste, lavash bread and cheese. Either way, it’ll perfectly pair with a glass of sparkling.
Your choice of grazing board is included in the $60 price, but if you’re still hungry the full à la carte menu is available all day. Cleveland Sands Hotel’s two-hour Prosecco and Spritz sessions are available twice a day (at 2pm and 6pm) every Saturday and Sunday from September until January. You can book online now.
