Owner-chef James Guldberg can be found working the burners at his neighbourhood bistro a stone's throw from the Gabba. European-style bistro fare is the brief and Guldberg executes it very well, pushing the envelope bravely and delightfully with 'bits from a pig's head', pig snout, snails and the like. While flavours are big and bold the bistro itself is petite, so be sure to book ahead.
