This corner Kelvin Grove restaurant is housed in an old 1800s tavern with rough stone walls and timber, now decorated with golden Thai-style embellishments. Inside, waterfalls trickle and the greeting is warm with sing-song welcomes of "Sawaddee" from smiling floor staff. Lifted from the menu of tom yums, larbs, pad priks, pad peds, pad kras and pad Thais, the delightful gang keow wan (green curry) with chicken is vibrant with chilli and loaded with cucumber, bamboo shoots, green beans, Thai basil and citrusy kaffir lime.
