Time Out says

Taro's Ramen outlets are now a trio, with the original Edward Street café becoming Taro's Express, where you'll find a quick, bone-warming ramen fix seven days a week. Finding home in the suburbs, Taro's Ascot is for casual dining right on Racecourse Road, while the jewel in Taro's crown is his smart new Queen Street temple in the CBD. The menu is extensive but Taro's signature is tonkotsu ramen, a deeply savoury bowl of goodness with smooth-as-silk broth derived from Bangalow Sweet Pork bones simmered gently for three days, Taro’s sauce of dried mushroom, kelp and soy, housemade noodles and aromatic oils.
