Time Out says

Located in a heritage-listed building at the Barracks, Moda is a family-run eatery boasting all the personality and flair of an authentic Spanish brasserie. Barcelona-born chef and owner Javier Codina knows more than a thing or two about Catalan cooking, bringing his passion and expertise to the kitchen. His love of fresh produce also inspires him to hand-select all fruit, vegetables and herbs directly from local markets, so expect the menu to change daily based on what’s in season. Then there’s the Mibrasa charcoal oven, which serves up tender, juicy meats that just so happen to pair nicely with the carefully curated selection of beers and wines from both Spain and Australia.
