Time Out says

After a brief closure, owner Adam Wang and his team of dedicated baristas are back to serving up some of the city’s best coffee from the Charlotte street end of the new Inter/Section urban laneway precinct. True to their name, Coffee Anthology offers a rotating selection of high-end coffee to suit any taste and occasion, with single-origin and blends from Australia’s best roasters including Almanac, Padre Coffee and Proud Mary. The friendly baristas will talk you through the flavour profiles (which range from chocolate and nutty to fruity) before matching your chosen roast to the best brewing method. The multi-roaster approach has kept Coffee Anthology amongst the tastemakers on the Brisbane scene and means that coffee aficionados will find new and exciting drops each time they visit. With Fika and cult patisserie The Whisk also under the same roof, this sophisticated industrial space is the perfect location for a chic city brunch date. Keep your eye on the space, as a whole host of exciting things are yet to come, including the launch of coffee-infused cocktails and a second cafe specialising in international blends.

To make it the perfect date, stroll on over to Strike Wintergarden for some afternoon bowling.
