Time Out says

Housed in a converted bomb shelter, this vine-covered hole in the wall is known for dishing out some of the best coffee to be found in the cafe heartland of Milton. Bunker is yet another stand-out from coffee guru Marcus Allison, the founder of City favourite John Mills Himself as well as Bunker’s sister operation, Bessa Coffee. Operating since 2012, Bunker offers a multi-roaster approach, meaning you’ll find beans from some of Australia’s best roasters including Five Senses Coffee, Floozy Coffee and Sample Coffee. Drop by and sit in the sun with one of their iced specialties (choose from coffee, mocha, chocolate or matcha) for one of life’s pleasures. There are plenty of take home options, including a full range of beans and home brewing products, as well as the rather special casks of Colombian cold brew - another go-to for Brisbane’s sweltering summers. They also cater for those not after a caffeine fix with a range of specialty teas, juices and chocolate milks. Add in a fully stocked cake and pastry selection from sibling store, Neighbour Milton (including plenty of vegan options), and you are well and truly looked after at Bunker.
