Cru's bifold windows open wide onto James Street, revealing Cru's partying crew partaking in Jason Walker's menu and drinks from a very fine list. Walker turns out a cracking duck liver parfait, set in a teardrop ramekin and sealed with set butter. It's oh-so silken on the palette, and comes with toasted sourdough, cornichons and house-pickled grapes. Cru's local and international cheese list will keep fromage fans smiling too.
