Not only has award-winning French rosé brand Maison Mirabeau long been a go-to for discerning vino drinkers, it has also proved itself as an exciting innovator within the winemaking industry. And now, it has a new offering on the market: a dry rosé gin.

To celebrate the launch of the unique flavour profile of this brand new spirit – which is made from upcycled grape skins and boasts highly aromatic botanicals inspired by the French Riviera – Maison Mirabeau has partnered with leading bartenders across the country to create a special rosé-inspired twist on the Negroni.

Using Maison Mirabeau’s dry rosé gin, Kate Bartlett from Cobbler Bar has crafted her own take on the classic cocktail – with these drinks available to purchase at the bar throughout the month of August. Bartlett's version uses campari, Lillet Rosé and is garnished with a Tarragon leaf.
