1. Take a spin class

Gym+Coffee is all about community, and after a long winter we could all use some communal fitness activities in our routine. So, first on our list is take a spin class. SoulCycle built its cult following based on the community focus of the rides—skip the at home workout today and sign up for an in-person class at one of Boston’s SoulCycle locations. And you may want to order a pair of these chic All-In Bike Shorts and the Activate Vest to not only look the part but to also feel like you can take on the ride like a champ.

2. Walk the Esplanade

Everyone’s path to better fitness starts with a single step, so why not take those first steps on the Esplanade. Bostonians are so fortunate to have a world class waterfront walking path adjacent to one of the most beautiful parts of town, i.e. the Back Bay. So, whether you want to walk to some shopping on Newbury Street or all the way to Harvard Square, start on the Esplanade and stay cozy while doing so in the Urban Expedition puffer Jacket  layered over a Pinnacle Pullover.

3. Row into spring

If you really want to get the blood pumping, try a rowing workout. Boston is home to the world-famous Head of the Charles Regatta each year and while not all of us are destined to compete, we can all shake off the winter cobwebs at Row Republic in the North End. Gentlemen should prepare for what is sure to be an action packed class by ordering a new Surge Tee and a pair of Evolution Shorts and the ladies should do so by picking up an All-In Bra and All-In 3.0 leggings.

4. Try aerial yoga

For the person who has tried every other workout class already, add aerial yoga to the list. Swet Studio offers some fun classes that allow participants to literally take a weight off their shoulders through Aerial Yoga techniques. Allow your body to move wherever it needs to in comfort and style in Gym+Coffee's Lotus Rib Knit Bra and Legging.

5. Run the Boston Marathon Course

Last but not least, the most Boston way to workout has to be running the Boston Marathon course. Whether you will be competing in April or not, many area running clubs offer group runs on parts of the course throughout training season, so join in on the fun and run like a Bostonian! And be sure to follow the old adage, layer up! You never know what Boston weather will be like this time of year so you’ll want to grab an Upside Pro Hoodie,  With a slim fit, reflective details, secure zip pockets and thumb holes, it’s the perfect running companion. Layer with the Surge Tee, and Steady State Joggers for the perfect running kit. For women, go for the Upside Pro HoodieRun Free Tee and Swift Pro Full length Legging.
