Open Newbury

Car-free Newbury Street is back—for the first time this holiday season. On Sundays, Dec. 1 and 8 (inclement weather date: December 15) from 10am–6pm, one of the coolest streets in the world is pedestrian-only, so you can enjoy the sights and the lights, browse the stores, and stop into restaurants like Faccia a Faccia and Little Whale Oyster Bar. Bakers: You won't want to bypass the pop-up King Arthur Baking shop to get ready for the festivities.
