Enjoy a whiskey dinner at CLINK

Looking to wet your whistle with something other than Guinness? Clink will be letting folks get a real taste of Irish whiskey during a special, multi-course dinner on St. Patrick’s Day. The Liberty Hotel restaurant will be serving a feast of four, Irish-inspired dishes—like wine-braised pork shoulder with colcannon, as well as warm Cashel blue cheese pudding with brioche croutons and winter greens— each of which will be paired with a different tipple of Teeling Irish Whiskey.
