Select Saturdays and Sundays through September, Move with Britney—a local yoga and pilates instructor—hosts a gentle, slow flow practice on the waterfront right near Martin’s Park. This free, 45-minute class is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis, and you’ll need to bring your own mat and water bottle. Following your stretch sesh, Alexis Jones of the Té Spa will serve hot and iced teas that are hand-blended locally.
