A husband and wife team runs this Theater District fixture - which may account for the intimate glow emanated by its petite bar and plush, brown-toned dining room. But it's their individual contributions that really make the Pigalle shine. Chef Marc Orfaly is a whizz at massaging bistro classics into modern, Asian- and Italian-accented shapes, while gracious general manager Kerri Foley is charm itself.
