Time Out says

If you love dumplings (and who doesn't?) and live in Boston, maybe you've heard of Mimi’s Chūka Diner. From local restaurant industry veterans Ted Woo and Jon Awerman, Mimi's is a Chinese restaurant through a Japanese lens, which has operated as a pop-up since 2020. The duo is currently building out a restaurant of their own, tucked inside Aeronaut Brewing Company in Somerville. Before that debuts, they're continuing the pop-up life with an appearance this Friday at the Idle Hands taproom in Malden. Expect their pan-seared gyoza, noodles and more craveable cuisine alongside Idle Hands' awesome lineup of beers.
