Lovers of fried chicken head to Kendall Square, where Lily P’s resides in a street-level space inside the Genzyme building. The restaurant comes from Chef Chris Parsons, who also oversees the Oyster Club in the Back Bay. The pressure-fried chicken is first brined in buttermilk, and can be ordered in a variety of ways, including sandwiches and in four-piece, eight-piece, and 16-piece orders.
