Flank is a steakhouse inspired by the century old beefsteak tradition where men would gather by the dozens to feast on piles of beef, without utensils. At Flank, it’s as if you walked into an end of prohibition celebration, where you might dine a la carte with friends, or choose to go Beefsteak, with utensils provided, though not required…and women, of course, are welcome.
