For Easter Sunday, Bambara Kitchen & Bar at Kimpton Marlowe Hotel in Cambridge, will be offering their brand-new brunch menu, courtesy of Executive Chef Adam Resnick.The new menu features inspired dishes like the Wagyu Brisket Hash with carmelized onions and salsa verde. Three new Eggs Benedicts options, three new smoothies and more. In addition to the new brunch menu, Chef Resnick is also offering an a la carte Easter special during brunch, a Grilled Lamb Skewer Plate with Jasmin Rice, Mint Chermoula and Swiss Chard.
