Building off the excitement of its first wave of chefs and and restaurateurs, Time Out Market Boston has revealed the next slate of culinary all-stars who will be setting up shop at 401 Park Drive, in the heart of The Fenway neighborhood. Joining the curated mix are some of the city’s most acclaimed chefs and much-loved restaurateurs:

BISq serves artisan charcuterie, cheese boards and sandwiches: Recognized by Wine Enthusiast as one of America’s best wine restaurants, BISq — the sibling of Bergamot — boasts a unique wine program paired with thoughtfully-composed small plates, including fine charcuterie. At Time Out Market Boston, Chef Alex Saenz will offer an innovative lineup of charcuterie, cheese boards and sandwiches. Expect bold new interpretations of BISq-inspired dishes: savory salamis, distinctive terrines and other seductive specialties.

Michael Schlow debuts his Roman-style pizza: James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schlow will bring a second concept to Time Out Market Boston. A self-proclaimed pizza lover, Schlow will offer Roman-style pies — cooked in a special wood-burning oven — that will be crisp, airy, and topped with flavorful ingredients. Schlow and his team will offer both classics (pizza margherita made with imported San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil) and specialty varieties topped with fresh ingredients such as artichoke, Tuscan kale, and prosciutto de Parma. In addition to pizza, customers will enjoy an assortment of small plates and salads.

Mamaleh’s Delicatessen offers delicious deli classics: Kendall Square’s celebrated, modern-era delicatessen is beloved for its elevated comfort fare, including meats (hormone-free and antibiotic-free) that are expertly cured, brined, smoked, roasted, braised, and steamed in-house. At Time Out Market Boston, Mamaleh’s will serve up scrumptious smoked fish platters, Reubens made with pastrami or smoked mushroom, and other deli thrills.

George Howell Coffee shares the world’s best coffees: George Howell — founder of The Coffee Connection, inventor of the Frappuccino — has revolutionized the specialty coffee industry since the 70s with his artisan small-batch roasted coffee. Time Out Market Boston guests will enjoy George Howell Coffee’s signature menu of batch brewed single-farm coffees as well as a selection of micro-lot coffees on a single-cup pour over bar. In addition to a full range of espresso-based drinks, other offerings will include seasonal coffee-based mocktails and a full line of pastries and desserts from Providence's Seven Stars Bakery and Praline, of Belmont.

Revolution Health Kitchen fortifies with its organic, plant-based menu: Revolution Health Kitchen's co-owners, Heather and Dominic Costa, pair their passion for wellness with a dedication to create healthy and nutritious food that tastes great. Time Out Market Boston customers searching for healthy fuel will choose from a full menu of acai bowls, soups, salads, and made-to-order juices, smoothies and toasts.

Gelato & Chill provides cool thrills with its artisanal gelato: Vincent Turco — an artisanal gelato master, or gelatiere — is passionate about delivering a unique frozen treat experience. With Gelato & Chill, Turco creates small-batch, handmade gelato and sorbet using traditional Italian recipes and organic, additive-free local ingredients whenever possible. At Time Out Market Boston, must-trys will include ricotta fig, dark chocolate made with 80% Valrhona, and creamy pistachio. For those seeking dairy-free treats, a range of sorbets will also be available.

Time Out Market Boston is following in the footsteps of the wildly popular Time Out Market Lisbon — which opened in 2014 and is now Portugal’s most visited attraction, with more than three million visitors annually.

Like some variety when you go out to eat? Time Out Market Boston will have you sorted. The market will feature 15 curated food offerings, plus two bars, a demonstration kitchen, and lots more. Time Out Markets are also set to open in 2019 in Miami, New York, Chicago and Montreal, and in 2020 (and beyond) in Dubai, London and Prague.
