If it seems like this gloomy winter will never end, there’s one upside: A staycation deal that might brighten your weekend.

The Colonnade Hotel, right on Huntington Avenue in the Back Bay, is celebrating the return of their Frosty Fridays deal this winter. Get in a little staycation for less with this fun offer that sets your Friday night stay at the temperature.

The colder it is, the more you’ll save

What does that mean? It’s all about last minute plans. If you book a two-night stay, after 5pm on a Friday night, you'll pay the outside temperature that Friday night as determined by the National Weather Service, followed by a regular room rate for Saturday night. So, if it's 10 degrees outside, that’s a $10 room rate! And, it’s a deal even if it’s 40 degrees out (where else can you get a luxe room in the heart of Back Back for $40?).

Perfect for a romantic getaway or a girlfriend's weekend, you’ll also get overnight parking for one car in the onsite garage (typically $55 per night), a 20% off coupon for onsite restaurant, LUCIE drink + dine and late check-out at 2pm.

This offer runs through the end of March, and you can book your room and get more information at the Colonnade’s website
