We’ve got something big for you (that’s what she said): Red Heat Tavern will be throwing a dinner totally dedicated to The Office next week.

The restaurant, which has several locations throughout the Bay State, will be hosting a beer dinner inspired by the beloved show at its Westboro eatery on December 16. It’ll be teaming up with Waltham-based brewery Mighty Squirrel to put on its Dunder Mifflin Holiday Beer Dinner Party—and we’re honestly afraid of how much we love it.

Channeling just about any Office-fan’s fantasy, the dinner will feature three courses, each heavily referencing the celebrated sitcom. The meal will start off with a soup and salad combo whose components are a nod to a couple of our favorite characters. Guests will get a bowl of Kevin’s Famous Chili, which we can only hope features undercooked onions (that’s the trick) and doesn’t end up on the ground. There’ll also be a plate of Toby’s Baggie Caprese Salad so addictive that it’ll make you want to tip off the cops.

As a main entrée, Red Heat Tavern will be dishing out Dinner Party Osso Buco, a Jane Levinson specialty served with mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables. (We hear that it takes about three hours to braise). And finally, guests will get to savor some of Michael’s Tiramisu. It’s perfectly good—just be careful not to inhale any of that cocoa powder.

Each course will also boast a beer pairing from Mighty Squirrel beer. The brews of the evening will include the local brewing company’s Mango Lassi sour IPA, Cloud Candy New England IPA and Velvet Moon Milk Stout laced with cocoa nibs and coffee beans.

The whole Scranton experience—which is 21+ because of the beer—will run from 6pm—8pm. Tickets are $50 total and can be purchased online.
