Non-Event, a Boston-based concert series devoted to experimental, abstract, improvised, and new music, joins The Mayor’s Office of Arts + Culture to present a free concert of live electronic music on Mar. 1 from 7-9:30 pm. Artist, curator, and composer Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe (known for his work in voice and modular synthesizing) and interdisciplinary musician, artist, and technologist Natalie Epstein-Hogue take the stage to perform inside Boston’s iconic City Hall.
