YWCA/Berkeley Residence

Although the name hasn't changed, this centrally located YWCA is now unisex all year round. Men have a designated floor and the communal bathrooms are segregated by sex too. Though comfortably furnished, it's a no-frills operation. The rooms have no telephones or TV - there is a 24-hour television room - but free WiFi is gradually being introduced throughout the building.
