Trillium's New England IPAs, sour ales, wild saisons, pastry stouts and more experimental brews are highly prized at craft beer bars around Boston. Founded in Fort Point, the company has expanded with new locations and beer gardens throughout Boston and is now headquartered just south of the city in Canton. The taproom and restaurant at 100 Royall St.—a sprawling campus at the base of the Blue Hills—offers a full menu of wood-fired pizza and more dinner-worthy fare, plus it's home to Trillium’s first distillery. There's ample outdoor seating with grassy fields and comfy Adirondack chairs, as well as an active lineup of events including weekly trivia, live music and special happenings like an annual charity 5K race.
