Trillium Brewing Company has begun distilling gin, rum, amaro and more at its Canton headquarters, and this chic new listening lounge in Boston is dedicated to cocktails by the local craft-beverage darlings.
Located on the second floor of Trillium Fort Point, Headroom Hi-Fi Lounge is its own space with a unique vibe and menu. Intimate with a mix of raised booths, leather couches with coffee tables and bar seating, the focal point of the space is the DJ booth. A mix of musical curators spins nightly at the well-lit two turntables set in front of a colorful shelf full of LPs.
The menu highlights seasonal cocktails (though of course you can order Trillium beers, hard seltzers and wine), and offers snacks to share distinctive from the taproom. Think: cheesy gougeres, oysters on the half-shell, deviled eggs with chicken cracklings, and desserts like homemade cherry sorbet and caramelized white-chocolate cheesecake. Reservations are available but not required, and Headroom is 21-plus.
