You'll make a reservation—likely, weeks in advance—and will enjoy the fruits of Rolfe's labor, as a parade of three-plus cocktails and bar snacks like mixed nuts is included. Seasonally, Rolfe draws inspiration from a particular locale, spirit or product to come up with a new "chapter" at Farmacia—think: Summer Camp, agave, Flavors of Italy and more creative takes. The bartenders take into account each individual's preferences and can adjust or modify any drink to make this a truly bespoke experience.
