Time Out says

New to Egleston Square at the tail end of 2023, Drawdown Brewing Company is an LGBTQ+ woman-owned brewery and hub for women and queer sports fans. Owner and brewer Liz Nicol sourced her taproom's bartop from a college basketball arena, and crafts easy-to-enjoy, malt-forward ales including an altbier, cream ale, porter and hazy IPA. Non-alcoholic seltzer and Sprecher Root Beer are also available. The slim snack menu features a .75-cent bag of plantain chips among other munchies, and fans are welcome to bring in food from elsewhere. When it's not RuPaul's Drag Race night—Drawdown hosts a fantasy league—three TVs prioritize women's sports. Open Thursday through Sunday with select weeknight hours for special events (check Instagram for those announcements), this summer will see the launch of a sidewalk patio at the Jamaica Plain destination.
