Back Bay Social Club

Casual charm and a mean classic cocktail have returned to the Back Bay. With a large indoor dining room, extensive patio seating, and a sprawling downstairs speakeasy-esque lounge, you have your pick of destinations within this single establishment. While the decor throughout is excellent, it's gratifying to see that the focus here is on the food and drink. The curving crimson booths are lovely, but you'll want to be right at the bar where the action is, chatting with their knowledgeable and adventurous bartenders. Try the White Russian--their smooth and creamy version contains a house-made coffee liquer that is aged for over a month and packs the punch to prove it.
