MJ’s

MJ’s is one of the newest gourmet burger joints to hit town. Located in Mar Mikhael, it takes its cue from the sleek, modern gourmet burger joints of London; but the decor belies the personable warmth of the welcoming staff. There are a few tables for two (for some romantic burger eating), but the restaurant is dominated by a single long communal dining table, which adds to the convivial atmosphere.

Their house style is juicy and flavourful and cooked to your preference. You can choose from three different types of cheese to have with it: classic cheddar, Swiss gruyère or Danish blue. Order the rosemary fries to go with it, and you’ll have yourself a scrumptious and fulfilling meal. It’s not the cheapest burger in town, but for the quality of the food you get, it’s worth your while.
