Cocteau, in Minet el Hosn, is an elegant restaurant that has been serving up a fine dining experience for the past 50 years. We assume it’s named after the famous French writer and like it’s potential name sake is showered in accolades – they won ‘best restaurant and bar design in the Middle East and Africa’ in 2012. You’ll find everything you’d except from top notch dining; the polished silverware and snowy white tablecloths, in an environment that is modern and chic, which is impressive, considering the age of the restaurant.
