Floyd the Dog

Named after a dog that’s named after a boxer – Mr Mayweather himself – Floyd has a well-earned rep for its quirky twists on classic cocktails. Take the Jalapeño Gin and Tonic, which comes with a stick of cucumber as a stirrer and a pinch of spicy chillies to jazz up the usual formula.
