X Fira Modernista (10th Modernist Fair)

The Fair, framed within the activities of the Dreta del Eixample's big neighbourhood Festa Major, is celebrating its tenth edition. As usual, the fair will be held in C/Girona, between Av Diagonal and C/Valencia, also as well as some streets off Diagonal. There will be plenty of fun and cultural acivities for all ages, including guided tours, children's workshops, Modernist puppet shows, a parade of vintage cars, a train, conferences on Modernism, spectacular attractions of the period and loads of surprises. This year the fair is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the first motor vehicle with an Elizalde engine, made in the Elizalde Factory, which was formerly located in Passeig de Sant Joan, 149, in Barcelona.
