Time Out says

From July 6 to 8 the Poblenou Beer Fair is back. Tops among the craft beer fairs in Barcelona, it also boasts the most attendees of any of its kind in Catalonia, with last year's edition counting more than 30,000 beer fans. One of the distinguishing features of this fair, where local and international exhibitors participate, is the fact that the producers (not the distributors) attend, and they themselves explain how they manufacture and produce their beers.

What's new in this seventh edition are the pairing space Food Loves Beer, where you can discover the possibilities of beer as a real player when it comes to gastronomy and food pairings; the 'Catas Cara a Cara'; the Russian beer pavilion; and the Berlin Beer Week stand. The IV National Beer Championship awards ceremony is on Sunday, July 8, with prizes for the best beers produced in Spain. And throughout the weekend you'll find DJ sessions programmed by Miguelito Superstar (of the band Fundación Tony Manero) as well as plenty of food to accompany from a selection of 15 food trucks.
