The Giggling Guiri is back with a fresh and new alternative comedy night, following the success of GG's 'Best of British' double act with Nick Revell and Simon Munnery, two of the originators of the great '80s UK alternative scene. Tonight it's 'Trevor Lock's Community Circle', a comedy show with no stand-up, jokes, sketches or material. Laughter emerges from the room to create a one-of-a-kind show, and tonight you can be part of what has been described as cerebral folk comedy. Lock is a very experienced comic who, in the last couple of years, decided to devote his art to what he calls 'emergent comedy'. The GG saw the show in Brazil and describes it as 'a wonderful, feel-good show that captures everyone's natural high and can only be experienced live'.
Tickets available online or at Hibernian Books and The Loch Inn (Psg. Sant Joan, 74).
Workshops with Trevor Lock also available for March 6, the day after the show.
