It's already time for the third edition of Tast a La Rambla, the culinary festival that takes place along the bottom part of La Rambla, this time from Thursday, June 9 to Sunday, June 12. The fair includes the participation of 50 restaurants, spread out over five zones: signature cuisine, traditional cuisine, tapas and small dishes, Barcelona sandwiches, and desserts. The event is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to try haute cuisine dishes from many Michelin-starred chefs. What's more, this year there's a new multipurpose stage next to the food zone that hosts a variety of activities for all, including a workshop on how to make creative sandwiches given by some of the city's big chefs, classes on how to pour a proper beer, and live music. And at Arts Santa Mònica, in the small auditorium on the ground floor, there are live cooking shows with top chefs, a full programme of tastings, live culinary workshops with Barcelona chefs, and free classes.
