The Glòries shopping centre hosts its third Tapas Route, a culinary event that aims to be a hotspot for the popular pastime of ‘tapeo’ (going out for tapas) on through June 11, with tickets sold for a tapa and a drink priced at €2.95 (€2.50 if you have a Glòries VIP card). From 5pm to 9pm at the Customer Service point (Atenció al Client), you can pick up your 'tapaporte' (tapas passport), which is a booklet that helps you follow the route and complete it with stamps from each stop. Every one of the 15 different tapas you'll find have been made exclusively by participating restaurants, including the mackerel with mango, coriander and lime from Casa Palet (pictured), the mini beef burger with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes, or the egg with Jack Daniels sauce (Lesense). And that’s only a small sample of all the tapas dreamed up for the occasion.
