The Rooftop Smokehouse project, led by Londoner Buster Turner and Italian (from Tirol) Jakob Zeller, have their kitchen and workspace in a stunning space in the Lehman factory. That's where they develop all their smoking alchemy, using oak barrels and firewood to cook dishes that you'll likely not find in any other place in town, like an excellent home-made pastrami with sauerkraut or smoked octopus with lentils and green sauce. If you're fans, you're in luck because one of their popular pop-up restaurants is popping up in La Confitería, with a full menu and all their products for sale on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 from noon to 5pm.
