Time Out says

It's become tradition that the weekend after Carnaval is the Ravalstoltada, the most emblematic costume party in the Old City that celebrates its 14th edition this year. The theme is 'Timeless fashion', and businesses, associations, collectives, and residents of the Raval take to the streets to show off the different cultures and faces of the neighbourhood with a big party. The parade starts at 4.30pm in the Rambla del Raval, and heads along the following streets: Maria Aurèlia Capmany, Carme, La Rambla, Unió, Marquès de Barberà and Sant Oleguer, ending up at 6.30pm where it set off. In the same spot, from the end of the parade to 8pm there's a chocolate fest for everyone in attendance as well as live music.
