Time Out says

The Palo Alto market heads down to the sea to celebrate the longest weekend of the year. On June 23 and 24, the Fórum Port hosts Sant Joan Weekend, a festival full of art, culture, design and gastronomy that brings together more than 120 exhibitors, 25 food trucks, more than 20 hours of music, and activities for the whole family. Plus, on the night of the 23rd you can also celebrate Sant Joan eve (known as the 'verbena') with music and dancing until 3am. Highlights on the music side are local dancehall queen Bad Gyal, who closes out the verbena with a DJ session based on the hits that have influenced her own music; trumpet player Raynald Colom and New York rapper Blurum 13 explore new trends in hip hop jazz; and a danceable set from the Funk All Stars, who are ten musicians brought together just for this occasion, among them some of the best local performers of black music.
