Time Out says

The Palau de la Música Catalana opens its doors to coincide with the feast day of Saint Cecilia, the patron saint of music. From 10am to 3pm you get free access to the Palau where you can take in the architecture and music, which will feature live performances by solo singers from the Orfeó Català choirs, tours of the Documentation Centre of the Orfeó Català, special discounts on concerts and in the Palau store, and a series of free workshops of choir singing. (Update: the workshops no longer have spaces available.)
