American linguist, philosopher, activist and professor Noam Chomsky talks on 'Immigration crisis' as part of the Annual Guest Lecture 2016 conference series. The talk covers the current migratory movements from a cultural, political and moral standpoint, including the relevance of the reality of refugees in influential cities with resources, reactions of various countries, the political crisis and countries responsible for the creation of the refugee crisis.
