Movie Food at Espai EGG

This weekend brings you two chances to get a cooking class (and eat the results!) from chef Alec Gilderman, who has 16 years of experience in the culinary world, from street food to haute cuisine. He's opened 32 restaurants, and has worldwide experience in 12 countries and a diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. You'll prepare and feast on movie- and TV-inspired menus: Saturday it's Italian cuisine inspired by 'Eat, Pray, Love'; and on Sunday it's American-style Thanksgiving dinner inspired by so many espisodes of Monica's Thanksgiving on 'Friends'. You also get to keep professional photos taken during the class and all the recipes.
