If you're not familiar with the Palauet Albéniz, La Mercè offers just the opportunity to visit this mansion originally built as a royal residence for the 1929 World's Fair. Today it is used for receiving illustrious visitors who, like all of us this weekend, can admire the imperial-style decor and a beautiful hall of mirrors. In the 1970s Salvador Dalí made his own contribution with paintings related to culture and the city. Don't miss the gardens surrounding the building, a green space that's also full of beautiful sculptures.
