Everyone involved in the inaugural parade has been arriving in Plaça Sant Jaume from the Palau de la Virreina. If all goes well, the last to enter the square should be the gegants. Next up are the Camino Real minstrils, a formation of 40 musicians playing traditional instruments, and the giants, the dragon, the eagle, the lion and all the other creatures dance along, many accompanied by fireworks for a thrilling display. Pay close attention to the tune at the end of it all, which signals the parade participants to start heading back to the Virreina while a castle of fireworks is lit for the amazement of all.
