Mercat de Mercats 2018

The big celebration of Barcelona's produce and gastronomy is back to fill Av. de la Catedral with aromas, colours and flavours from October 19 to 21. This active and open food fair showcases quality, local products from Barcelona's markets. In the ninth edition of this 'Market of Markets', you'll find 13 stalls representing municipal markets from around the city that show off their products and, as in previous editions, you'll also find a good representation of products from across Catalonia. Fourteen establishments offer tastings, four of which are located in a city market, while the other ten are from renowned market restaurants. What's new this year is the participation of non-food markets, such as Encants-Fira Bellcaire, Encants de Sant Antoni and the Sant Antoni Sunday market.
