Slow Food Barcelona kicks off the first Earth Market in the Tres Xemeneies (Three Chimneys) park. Earth Markets are an international network of farmers markets based on quality seasonal local food obtained using traditional processes that respect the environment and the work of the land, and that priced fairly for both producers and and buyers.
